Informatica wishes to all the partners and clients a new year full of accomplishments. For Informatica, the year 2007 has been a full of achievements: extending the team of programmers, remaking of the software Infocont for pharmacies, increased activities of IT outsourcing, incresed sales of software licenses for Microsoft products. For 2008 we have as objectives: to continue the remaking of our traditional software applications, extending the team of programmers in order to face better the growth from the internal and external markets and extending the team of technical support in order to serve faster the support requests.

Better management via the software development platform

Informatica has implemented an internal software development platform meant to streamline the communication between the development teams and the clients. With our software development platform, our clients have the possibility to directly interact with the programmers by submitting tickets for changes, supervise the development of their projects, submit bugs and check their status. The software development platform is an useful tool for project management allowing us to better manage our projects and allowing customers to be more in control of the development process. Infocont - new generation

Starting with today you can download the new version of Infocont NG for drug stores from www.infocont.ro. The development of the software has been a challenge, the new version being completely rewritten using the newest Microsoft technologies. We offer you the possibility to test freely the new version and convince your self of its performances.

The application has already been successfully implemented in a couple of pharmacies in the last months under a pilot programme. In this way we had the possibility to test the application in a production environment and make adjustments requested by the participants in the pilot.

ISO implementation

Starting with December 2006, Informatica is certified in the quality management standard SR EN ISO 9001:2001 .The implementation of ISO standard is part of our strategy to improve and strengthen the relationships with our clients as well as to continually improve our products and services.
